We can conclude that all the triangles we see are right angle similar triangles here so we already have relations among a, b and c

Statement 1: a = 2b

No exact dimension of any side of triangle or the radius of circle hence

NOT SUFFICIENT

STatement 2: b^2 = ac
No exact dimension of any side of triangle or the radius of circle hence

NOT SUFFICIENT

COmbining the two statements
