Given:
(i) x is an integer
(ii) x > 0

Question stem:- x=?

st1:- x<30

We don't have unique value of x from this statement.
Hence, Insufficient.

St2:- 15 is a factor of $$4(x^2)$$

Or, $$4x^2$$ is a multiple of 15
Mathematically, $$4x^2=15k$$ or, $$x^2=\frac{3*5}{4}*k$$

Since x has to be positive integer ,so $$x^2$$ is necessarily a perfect square, hence $$x^2$$ could be:-
(i) when $$k=3*5*4$$, then $$x^2=3^2*5^2$$; hence x=15
(ii) When $$k=3*5*4^2$$, then $$x^2=3^2*5^2*4$$; hence x=30
We don't have unique value of x from this statement.
Hence, Insufficient.

Combined, x=15

Sufficient.
