Y can be 29, 31, 33 ---> Insufficient
(2) 31 < y < 36
Y can be 31.1, 31, 32.5, and so on ---> Insufficient
(1) and (2): Y can be only 33 since 29 and 31 don't meet the condition in statement (2) ---> Sufficient
My answer is "c"
