from Pythagoras theorem AB= 5 and BC=5
hence in the tria ABC, sides AB and BC are equal so the angle created at the base will be equal
=> 180= y+40 + ACB
=> y = 100 (E)

solve for sides we get = 5 and triangle 45:45:90
so
40 +40 + y= 180
y = 100
IMO E
