Hi,
I appeared for a diagnostic
MGMAT CAT without any prep. Should I now be solving the test again for the the questions that I got wrong to gauge my strengths and weaknesses?
Hi kreel11,
CATs are the best tools to prepare you for the real test.
Since you took this CAT without any preparation at all, you need not worry about the score.
The next steps should be to:
1. Try to solve the questions again without looking at the answers.
2. Identify the subsections that have troubled you in the test. PS, DS, SC, CR, RC
3. Now that you know the sections you need to prepare for, go to the fundamentals book and read the chapters.
Try to do this exercise after every test. I really you should devote 3 - 4 hours analysing the test.
