A. 0
B. 1
C. -1
D. -2
E. -3

With chetan2u, answer will be (C)

If anyone is having any doubt with any option try testing with the options

A. ||12−3x|−|15+2x|| = ||12−3*0|−|15+2*0|| = ||12|−|15|| = 3

B. ||12−3x|−|15+2x|| = ||12−3*1|−|15+2*1|| = ||9|−|17|| = 8

C. ||12−3x|−|15+2x|| = ||12−3*−1|−|15+2*−1|| = ||15|−|13|| = 2

D. ||12−3x|−|15+2x|| = ||12−3*−2|−|15+2*−2|| = ||18|−|11|| = 7

E. ||12−3x|−|15+2x|| = ||12−3*−3|−|15+2*−3|| = ||21|−|9|| = 12


So, You see answer will be (C) 2

Make the two operators equate
12-3x =15+2x
