I am targeting for the ISB
Some quick facts about me
- Completed Btech in CSE from a average institute in India with 74%
- I would be having 5 years of experience with 4 promotions by July 21 in the IT industry
- Represented my Organization's in multiple sporting tournaments
- Led a literature club in College
- No international experience
- Targeting GMAT score of 680 - 720
If not ISB what would be the other top B schools that I can target in India or outside India

Please clarify your query. By 'executive MBA', do you mean the ISB PGP or the PGPpro? I assume you mean the PGP (the flagship ISB full-time program, though that is not an executive MBA in the traditional sense of the term).
Please provide more details on your work within the industry. What company do you work for? Within which domain? What have been your key achievements?
Traditionally, the IT applicant pool is very competitive at ISB, and you should target a score above 700 (and possibly 720) to be competitive.
