B should be the right choice, as the extra numbers of customer may be visiting to Earth Friends Supermarket

Since "Green friends" attract more customers than it can serve at a time remaining customers go to the other available option which is "Earth's friends". Besides "Green Thumbs" aggressive campaign lured new customers to the city. This also increased the customer base of "Earth friends". Hence "B" is the only choice which resolves the paradox.

Re: When a new organic produce mart, Green Thumbs Mart, opened in San Piña [#permalink]
A new super market has opened and it started a vigorous marketing campaign for organic materials not only in its own city but in neighborings as well
People can get attracted to the campaign and the advertisement can be a huge success.
What happens then ? Customers of own town + customers from neighbor will come to visit the shop.
Why they came ? They want to buy organic material , since the new advertisement campaign has raised awareness for it.
Now what happens when Supermarket can server them all?
the rest of the willing people will search for a alternative. Why ? They came this far to a different town? why don't they give it a shot !
So , the alternative store gets benefited from another's fortune

Hence the answer is B
