N= 24*a+21

N can be : @ a:1 45 then divisor can be 9 & 5
@ a:2, n 69 , only divisor would be 3 IMO A ...

n/24 = q + 21

n = 24q + 21

n = 3(8q + 7)


Option A. 3 is our answer. n is divisible by 3.
