Hello Experts,
With my actual GMAT score way below the par (taken almost 2 years back) and still preparing with no significant improvement in my score on mocks, where & how should I begin my prep for this 3rd year?
Lill background - non native, commerce grad, w/ 10 yrs of work exp with 8+ yrs in WFM, MIS & Release Management role.

I'm interested in what you consider "below par". Given the amount of experience you have, you might find it useful to work with an admissions professional to set a target GMAT score (have you already done that?) and then see how far you are from, or how close to you are to, that score.
I'm sure that you've already done some analysis. Can you put a little more information down?

Before I can offer the specific advice that you're looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on your studies so far and your goals:
1) How did you score when you took the GMAT (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) How long did you study before that attempt?
3) What materials did you use?
4) What is your goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
6) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
