Hi All !

I have received an offer of admit from following universities for Masters in Finance. I am having a two year work ex in project finance at a leading NBFC in India and would like to switch to project finance advisory/M&A profile post my MS. Am open to working and settling in any geographical location.

Options -

1.) Imperial College London MSc Finance & Accounting
2.) USC Marshall MS Finance
3.) NUS Singapore MS Finance

Pls suggest.. thanks in advance !

Hey! If I may ask, where did you end up going? :)



Hi ! I eventually decided not to pursue MSF. Covid 19 and subsequent lock-downs cancelled my plan to go abroad in 2020. By the time 2021 cycle came around, I already had a 3+ year work experience and my profile was falling more and more into the avg. 'MBA category' rather than a MSF (where the avg class WE is only 12-15 months). So I eventually decided to wait another year and pursue an MBA instead.

PS : Just to answer your original question, I had initially settled on the USC Msc Finance Program (mostly because of the program reputation and a lucrative scholarship)

Thank you for sharing your story. It helps. Good luck with your MBA applications by the way! Probably was the right call to skip it. It’s really hard to judge these things though, nobody knows how things would’ve worked out otherwise but one thing for sure, the last year was not a great year for in person classes 😢
