Thanks for the replies. However, what I heard was getting into Management Consulting in Big 3 is a lot harder.

Anyone know which other companies are near elite (except delloite and accenture)yet offer roles in management consulting?

You'll have plenty of introduction into consulting in b-school. Booz & Company is pretty good. There are also some smaller ones such as Monitor Group. Once you are in b-school, you can connect with the consulting club to better understand the firms that recruit at the school. I'm sure you'll find one that's suitable for you.
