Two points..
so only (9,-7) and (7,-9) are left.

Now the line passes through (10,10) and (0,0), so all points on line have x=y..
the slope is lesser in the shaded region, that is above the line.. Here the value of y should be lesser than the numeric value of x without the sign..
So |9|>|-7| so A

Point 1: The shaded region is in IVth Quadrant i.e. x-coordinate must be +ve and Y-coordinate must be -ve

i.e. Option B, C and E REJECTED

Point 2: For any point in the shaded region above the line shown (with slope -1), IxI > IyI

ie.. Option A is correct answer
