I have been accepted to Full-Time MBA program at University of Tennessee, Knoxvile (Haslam School of Business) with nearly 70K scholarship reducing cost of attendence to 20K for 16 months.

Also, got accepted into Cornell's Masters in Industrial and Labor Relation with no scholarship. The cost of attendence will be 115K for 2 years.

Which one I should choose?

Congratulation !! .. Probably you need to evaluate with a SWOT analysis for both the cases .

Masters in Labor relations sounds very very specific. Is that what you’re planning to do after graduating? That seems like potentially a rough job. I’ve known someone who’s done labor relations for an airline and they hated it. When they would fly, they could never say what they did for a living because the rank-and-file employees at the airline hated all the management and especially hated the labor relations people.
