It totally depends on what you want to do in future. If you aren't sure yet and don't have enough finances, go with MBA for sure. If you know Industrial and Labor Relation is what you want to do and have money, don't even think go for Cornell.

Congratulation !! .. Probably you need to evaluate with a SWOT analysis for both the cases .

Masters in Labor relations sounds very very specific. Is that what you’re planning to do after graduating? That seems like potentially a rough job. I’ve known someone who’s done labor relations for an airline and they hated it. When they would fly, they could never say what they did for a living because the rank-and-file employees at the airline hated all the management and especially hated the labor relations people.
