Welcome to GMAT Club!

I don't really see that much difference, at least looking at the numbers, McCombs sent 63 out of 266 to Consulting
Tepper sent 60 out of 231.

McCombs is regional and Tepper is more national and even international brand (CMU) so that means the majority of the grads from McCombs will stay in TX whereas Tepper grads are more mobile (in part that is also due to lack of a strong MBA employment base in Pittsburgh that McCombs enjoys in Austin).

Interesting choice.... I would likely attend McCombs if I wanted to be in Texas but with scholarship and a bit more mobility, Tepper looks great!

Big +1 to above suggestions coming from a Tepper student. I am doing Product currently but Tepper will provide more national and global exposure in terms of consulting as well. McCombs will be heavily oil and gas and texas recruitment. Texas is growing as a hub, no doubt, so the choice is - what's the personal preference between local and national?
