Hey,
Just wondering; usually when I study / do practice tests, I listen to music as it helps me focus and tune out from ambient distractions. (Though some might argue that music itself is a distraction). - And I listen to 'normal' music, as opposed to 'study' music (like classical music / nature sounds).
I've heard for years that certain habits while studying, if not continued when knowledge is tested, will result in poor performance. (Like people who chew gum during classes and studying but not during an exam).
Should I be worried about this at all or am I being paranoid?
Obviously if in doubt, I might as well play it safe and just try silence, but I dislike that and would prefer to continue with what I'm doing.
Input would be appreciated!
