What a wonderful problem to have. I'd talk to some of the Wisconsin companies you are interested in working for after you get your MBA. If the potential salary difference makes the debt worth it, then I'd apply to the top 5. If you get an 800 on the GMAT, then no doubt I'd be applying to the top five.
No matter which way you go, I'm sure your future is exceptionally bright.

Apply to the schools you like. Maybe you'll get scholarship money somewhere and the decision won't be as cut and dry.
What career are you planning on pursuing? If Wisconsin can get you where you want to go then you're probably right that it's best to be debt free. But big names can open up big doors - that said, big doors aren't always appealing to everyone.
