I have secured 440 in first attempt and have 23 years of work experience in Indian PSU , Nigeria and UAE all through in Oil&GAS operation, retail sales and Engineering. Can I get admission in good institute in India/abroad in PGPEX/Exe MBA in IIMs, ISB India or any prestigious college abroad which can help to reshape my career , as already i am having a Engineering degree and Mkt Management Program certificate (six Month)from IIM Ahmedabad way back in 2007.

Hey I am afraid but for the IIMs and ISB you need a better score to stand a chance. Try to get a score above 650 and you should be in a good shape
Are you talking about the executive MBA? You might want to reach out to the AdComs of individual schools. For some schools, they don't even require GMAT for executive MBAs. I can't think of someone with 23 years of experience who would probably be in 40s will prepare for GMAT at that age.
