On the website it say 3 years, however is that 3 years at the time you apply or 3 years by the time you matriculate in 2020? Would really appreciate if somebody knows the answer.

At most bschools work experience is generally counted until matriculation year. You should, however, confirm if the same rule applies to Imperial.
