Hi AN12,

The other posts in this thread are over 4 years old, so it's not likely that you'll receive a response from any of those posters. When an 'incident' occurs at a Testing Facility, the investigation can sometimes take upwards of a month (depending on the time of year and how busy everyone is). Since we're now in August, when the Test Centers tend to get busier, it might be that Pearson just has not had time to properly investigate your situation yet. While all of this is probably infuriating, you can't allow it to distract you from hitting your Score goal. If it's been at least a week since the last time you reached out about this, then I suggest that you plan to follow up once a week until the situation is resolved.

Hello friend,
I had faced some similar situations in my first ever attempt this month. I had logged several complaints regarding this but to my bad luck i didn’t receive any reply yet from GMAC. Kindly help me what best can be done in this regard. Thanks

Keep following up. I too has faced an issue due to which I lost time on the test. I was offered a free retake by GMAC. Took about 2 weeks to get a reply from them, though thery had promised a timeline of 3-5 days in their first mail.
