aakritibirla - the first question I'd ask myself is 'where do I want to live/ settle down in the next 3-5 years (and longer)?'

Next, considering your career goals in Marketing, it's important to consider regional/ language specific nuances. Your best bet, if exploring options abroad, would be the US, English-friendly European countries (UK, Germany to an extent etc.) and Asia (SG, HK etc.) where companies hire internationals for marketing roles.

There are also top EU schools like HEC/ IESE that provide Marketing/ GM roles for internationals in English friendly pockets such as the UK, Netherlands etc. It'd be worth checking out the employment reports and LinkedIn for these datapoints.

In India ofcourse, the transition is likely to be easier, given your relevant experiences and transferable skills.

Ultimately, it'd depend on your geographic preference, financial situation, and overall profile (work-ex, extracurriculars, GMAT/ GRE score, etc.).

Feel free to reach out for a deeper chat.

Arvind
