Hi,
Sure! Happy to help.
In the application process there are 3 written essays that you have to write and upload on the application portal like any other B-School.
Only the video essays ( 2 in number ) have to be answered on the Kira talent platform. The Kira platform has no written questions or test.
Whether the video questions are random or fixed - I am not sure , but mine were different from others - so i think they are random for each applicant.
