Hey, Mine was very relaxed. It was with Andrew Toussaint and he confirmed upfront that its blind. The questions were mostly targeted at getting to know me better. The questions were: How did to get you this point in your career? Why did you take the decisions you took? Why MBA Why Olin Whats the difference between a good boss and a bad boss(from my own experience.. Not in general) Hobbies/Interests Then, I was given ample time to get my questions answered. It lasted exactly 30 mins as scheduled. It was a great experience. Just relax. Don't panic! All the best!

Hi everyone, I submitted my app on Jan 28. The deadline for the round 4 was Feb 15. I still havent heard about the interview. Till what date can I expect an invite? The round decision date is April 15.

Honest question, if you got Kellogg already is there really any amount of money Olin could throw at you to pick them?

@zirconium, Extremely sorry for the late reply. Thankx for the tips. Almost all the Questions mentioned by you were asked by the interviewer. At the end of the interview she told me ," I think that you are very passionate about your job"....Is it a positive sign or interviewers use to talk like that?
