My interview panel consisted of 3 Professors P1 started my asking my how my day looks like. Since I belong to a PSU, they asked me that it must be very tough to leave the job and think about doing MBA Then he asked me why I want to be a leader P2 joined and asked me the things about the job I don’t like Then she asked me the things about the job that I like. She then had a follow up question regarding upskilling that I can do it online P1 said that my logic does not sense. If someone wants to upskill why would he leave the job. He gave the example of an army personnel. P3 joined and asked me the probability of me being in a top leadership position after I do my MBA. Then he asked me couple of questions from my essays. Lastly he asked me a question based on ethics. And that was it. Posted from my mobile device

I had my interview yesterday. The panel consisted of 3 members -
The questions were as follows :
1. Introduction
2. Work Experience
3. Do you believe in the importance of peer learning - Tried to twist and pressure on this question a bit
4. Have you ever performed poorly in your work - Why - How did you overcome it
5. Difference between Deloitte and KPMG (As I am from Consulting background)
6. How can the Financial Crimes be reduced in India

Hi All,

2. Work Experience
Gave information on my previous company, my role there, my current company, my role here and my future goals.

3. Do you believe in the importance of peer learning - Tried to twist and pressure on this question a bit
I answered yes, substantiated why I thought so, They asked - what if friends try to betray you, I said the method to tackle it

4. Have you ever performed poorly in your work - Why - How did you overcome it
I said yes when I was new to workforce, I mentioned how I overcame it , the repurcurssions, the changes in my work style

5. Difference between Deloitte and KPMG (As I am from Consulting background)
Talked about client size, work culture, overall corporate culture, types of clients, size

6. How can the Financial Crimes be reduced in India
Talked about how SEBI intervenes, Role of Auditors, Role of influencers
