Wait for some time; otherwise, you are not on the waiting list. but still I suggest you call the admission team in the morning for confirmation. Also, do you know someone who can confirm that they received an admit letter from XAT today? It could be an error where some people are receiving this PDF and others are not.

I also have the same option. But in the case of GMAT candidates, waitlisted candidates received different messages regarding the waiting list: "Based on your performance in the selection process, you have been placed on the waiting list for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (General Management) 2024-2025." They were also asked to submit 1 lakh to be considered for the waiting list. In our case, neither is happening, so I am not sure about anything for now. I am also trying to find someone who got admitted to confirm whether everyone is receiving the same PDF or if it is the final result
