In my portal it is showing no application completed previously it was giving wait till mid of February for result 😕

All schools are same in this regard. XLRI has even better process compared to some other b schools

­Better Process? How? look at the dashboard interface. Have you ever tried calling the admissions team and ever got a satisfactory response? And they don't roll out regret mails? why so? Asked to wait till mid-february, for what? if there is no communication then wait for what?
I assume you are comparing the process with XIM,IMI etc and not IIMA,B, ISB etc.
