Yale SOM vs Stern? Which school to apply in R2

Hi, I have applied in Wharton and CBS and bit confused between Yale vs Stern or even you can add Sloan to choose from. I want to apply in one of these 3 (or may be 2):
PS: I know all of these schools are stretch for me based on my GMAT, so not worried about that. I have accepted that fact. A brief about my profile:
Experience- Total around 9, out of which last 5 years in the investment domain, Since last 3 years, I am working in the renewable energy(solar), water, waste, sectors. Now working with Chairman of the largest solar developer in India. So can mention about experience working with CXO, leadership, etc. GMAT- 690 (Q 98%, V62%). College: Master of Engineering from one of the top 5 Engineering college in India, 9.2/10 GPA, In undergrads, I am university Gold Medalist. CFA charter holder Extra curricular: Been associated with couple of good NGOs as a senior team member, working in water sector and rural development. In college, was member of placement cell, Teaching Assistant, and also organised an industry conference. Currently, also volunteer with CFA society in my town. I have also run an educational venture back in 2010-2012, it was doing well. Also tried another venture in the healthcare last year, but didn't get success. Post MBA focus- Entrepreneurship. I want to either start my own venture or be part of a start-up (most likely back in India as I would love to do something here for the society to create a positive impact). So key focus is entrepreneurship and impact.
So based on these information and considering the fact that all three schools are stretch, which school I should apply to (in terms of maximum chances).
Kindly revert.
Thanks

As far as I Know, Stern R2 is pretty early, 15th November. They also advice all the international applicant to apply by that time.
Stern Application Deadlines Deadline Initial Notification* By 1st Deadline October 15, 2016 December 15, 2016 2nd Deadline November 15, 2016 February 15, 2017 3rd Deadline January 15, 2017 April 1, 2017 4th Deadline March 15, 2017 June 1, 2017 * You will receive one of three initial notifications: invitation to interview, waitlist offer or denial of admission.
Your application must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on the day of the deadline. Any mailed application material must be postmarked by the deadline date.

I can have a rather biased opinion on this, but since most of these deadlines are now/next week this really comes down to logistics and preparedness-- which one(s) can you present a strong application for? Do you have your essays written, your letters of recommendation? If you feel rushed, it may be better to hold off to R3/4.

Hi Aerien,
Yes my recommender are ready as they submitted for the same questions in other schools, so that's easy.
Regarding Essay, for Yale, 70% ready, as I had written for other schools and some part of my story, I could reuse. For Stern, questions are same as Wharton, so again most of the things ready. Stern still has 5 days left to apply, so I can submit easily. Yale is tomorrow only, so I have to decide quickly.

What do you suggest now?
Honestly I'd hesitate reusing a ton of content in this situation. Have you thought about why things didn't work out for you in R1 and ways to improve your app going forward?
With basically 24 hours until the deadline you need to decide if you're ready. A random person on the internet telling you to apply to X or Y isn't going to help you right now. If this were even a month ago, you could feasibly crowdsource. Now, you're either going to be finishing up Yale essays or Stern essays or both. Get writing on the ones you think you have the best shot of turning in a solid application. Again, if you feel better waiting to the next round, that's an option too.
