Does valuable but short term (say 1.5 years) of work experience count? What is the average GRE score you expect?

I am a fashion graduate with 8 years of Working experience in Fashion retail, Mostly I am worried about the GRE quant score,
Also since I am not from a traditional background, want to understand, How can I address a weakness in my application?

Apart from common corporate employee status, I also have a co-founder's status for a social enterprise. Where do i mention the latter: essays or resume?

1) When I give both gre n gmat n EA score, which score would be considered during review of my application
2) Since I am working with public sector and it is very hard to get recommendation letter from my current employer however, a retired ED of my current organization is ready to recommend me but it would be through its personal mail id rather than official mail id since he is retired. How this recomm. situation would affect my application ??

I know Yale SOM is all about diversity. But if you were to 'standardize' the profile of SOM students, what are the common skills & qualities they possess?

Question to AdCom: On Employment trends for SOM, the General management placements seemed to have dropped quite a bit, from 2010 (27%) to 2020 (11%). Any reason behind this?
