Thanks Samichange and thanks Rich! Looks like I'll be adding more CATs to my repertoire.

I have a number of schools in mind, but top 3 would be HBS, Stern or INSEAD. I haven't decided yet if I want to apply for R1 this year or next year - my career is still progressing very well and have a number of opportunities that I'd like to close in my current position before deciding to make the next big step.

Hi ddb1990,

You've given yourself plenty of time to study for the GMAT, which is good. Since you've named some highly competitive Schools, you'll probably want to discuss your overall application and plans with an Admissions Expert at some point. There's a Forum full of them here:
