A structured, prompt & invested consulting experience

I really appreciated TRP’s team-based structure, with different experts handling various parts of the application. It made the process feel both thorough and well-organized.

I worked with Natasha Mankikar as my Lead Consultant (LC), and she was incredibly supportive—not just in helping me craft my application, but in making sense of my own life and career journey. Her patience, thoughtful guidance, and genuine investment in my growth left a lasting impression. During the peak of the application process, when stress levels were high, I especially appreciated how prompt and responsive she was. Overall, a steady, insightful, and empathetic mentor. Anju Goela, who supported me with LORs and resume-building, had a different but equally effective style—direct, tough, and encouraging. Her feedback pushed me to refine my materials better.

One of the highlights for me was how invested the TRP team remained even after my working deadlines with them. They were happy to continue offering guidance on waitlist strategy and communication, reflecting how authentic their commitment is to a candidate's success.

Suggestions for Improvement:
• The single mock interview included in the package didn't feel very impactful. It felt similar to a session I could have done with a friend or alumnus. It might’ve just been my experience, but it’s an area with room for enhancement.
• Metis platform content—especially for interview prep—could be more detailed and school-specific.

I took the 2-school package and was admitted to both programs I applied to.

Overall: I highly recommend TRP to anyone looking for a structured, supportive, and enriching MBA application experience. Their invested team and thoughtful process make a challenging journey feel manageable—and even insightful.

TRP is the way to go!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I worked closely with Natasha and Anju, both of whom provided unique perspectives to different aspects of my application. The meticulous approach to understanding me as a person and my values was core to building my application. The constant support - from solving small queries to brainstorming on the essay content was something I came to enjoy thoroughly. The high level of authenticity of my applications (thanks to the many conversations which helped my reflect on the milestones that mattered) was something I was extremely proud of. I was able to secure interview invites to 6/7 M7 schools, and admits to 4. I highly recommend TRP for anyone who is looking to build an authentic application with a team that goes out of their way to support you and put forward an application that is impactful.

Admit to my dream school through TRP!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Going with TRP was the best decision, getting me to my dream school! I went with the 5-school package and applied to Stanford, Wharton, Booth and CBS with TRP. I applied to NYU Stern apart from this, with their support on the other apps helping me put a quality application independently. Their guidance helped me convert Booth (120K merit scholarship), CBS and NYU Stern (100% tuition, faculty scholarship, forte fellowship).

TRP’s methodical approach channelized my efforts. Starting with their comprehensive form, the GTKY made me pen down my experiences to set a strong foundation for impactful essays. With so many elements in the process, I was supported with a structured approach to prepare my resume, essays, LOR pointers and interview strategy.

My lead consultant, Natasha Mankikar, was instrumental in making me move in the right direction, sharing her rich experience and perspective through every step of this long journey. Discussions during our initial brainstorming sessions were key in the self-discovery process, helping me identify my defining life experiences and portray my most authentic self in the applications. Giving thorough and honest feedback, Natasha made me think deeper about what I penned down, going through several iterations with me to get to genuine and impactful essays. She provided valuable pieces of advice throughout this rollercoaster of a ride!

My resume and LOR expert, Anju Goela, was crucial to create a powerful resume. Her expertise in perfecting this critical aspect of the application helped me utilize the real estate on that small piece of paper. Anju’s perspective on the LOR pointers refreshed my recommenders’ memories with my most critical projects, presented in the most impactful manner.

Supporting me each step of the way, their guidance with the interview preparation helped me convert all 3 interviews I received. Getting detailed feedback from my mock interviewer, Preeti Wadekar, helped me identify blind-spots and work on them before my interviews. Combining this with their comprehensive interview question booklet gave me the confidence to present my best self in interviews.

I could not have achieved this outcome without their expertise and dedicated support, and I’m truly grateful to the entire team at TRP! I wholeheartedly recommend TRP to help you achieve your potential and get into the best school you can.

Thank you TRP!

My first interaction with TRP was with Nikhilesh Jha, who connected me with Namrata Khosla. Namrata was one of the first people I spoke to regarding my MBA, way back in 2021. She was extremely kind and helpful, taking out an hour on a weeknight to get on a call to hear my story and give me tailored advice as I had an extremely unconventional profile.

Fast forward to 2022, I got on a 30 minute call with Preeti who after understanding my goals suggested I work with Natasha Mankikar as my lead consultant, alongside Anju Goela, who would work with me on my Resume (which was a LOT of work) and my LOR pointers.

Natasha not only played the role of a consultant but also that of a coach, guiding me through each and every step of the process. Anju worked with me for weeks to close on my resume (I had never had one since I started work 6+ years back). Natasha and Anju were instrumental in me getting accepted to IESE (my dream school) for the full time MBA and I will always be grateful to the both of them.

Finally, I would also like to thank Kshitij and Prerna. PS - Natasha and Anju both kept telling me to trust the process and it definitely paid off! Thank you TRP!
