Verbal is very standard.Mock test will not start just randomly from a 700 level questions but it follows a proper adaptive pattern.However, RCs are a bit longer than you may face in official exam but again quality of RCs is top notch and they will cover all possible questions you may expect in original exam. CR is also very high quality.It covers all possible questions one may face during actual exams. SC is top level.
