GMAT CLUB TESTS REVIEW

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by gmat club tests [?]

No of verbal exams should be increased and I think, CR part is bit different from pattern of CR in official questions.Quality of CR questions should be improved.

I think that questions in SC are not in line with all questions in SC OG. More no of SC questions comparable to SC OG should be made.I have found that scoring pattern also doesnot match GMAT PREP scoring pattern. More emphasis on exact replication of GMAT PREP should be put.

Quant section can easily make aspirant achieve V48-49 but I never got V-50 despite solving all quant exams.Tricks to achieve V-50 should be included in the solutions of questions so that the aspirant could not easily make such misktakes.

One of the best tests in the market

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I have been using gmat club tests since past 2 months, and I must stress there are no tests out in the market that come close to gmat club tests in terms of quality of material, especially for quant. I personally feel that gmat club quant tests are better than Manhattan Cat tests quant. For verbal I would say gmat club team still needs to improve the content to come at par with other prep companies. For someone aiming for a Q 50 gmat club tests are a must and more than enough. The kind of flexibility gmat club tests provide in terms of taking tests or quizzes and the large collection of questions help one achieve more fruitful outcome.

GMAT Club Tests- Best

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by membership [?]

The GMAT Club Tests is one of the best. Its pools the questions from various test prep materials and its own. The real beauty is that the answer explanations for the questions, it is not just one explanation but may users given their best short-cut methods to get the answer. That's part i like the most. In additions, the quantitative tests questions are very strong and its provide you with difficulty level of questions where you went wrong in answers.

And the negative part about the tests is the verbal section. some of the questions and answers were not stranded of GMAT test.

Must have before taking GMAT test

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by gmat club tests [?]

Gmat club tests are fine-tuned with actual GMAT experience. It helped me to attune myself to the exam conditions and provided a simulation with the appropriate question for the practice tests.

The level of questions is, in fact, a bit higher than actual GMAT which actually helps on the test date and makes the whole test a comparatively easy affair.

Even if there is a plan of retake then we can get a lot of learning by just reviewing the material an most importantly +4 point increment is guaranteed if the methodology of the review is appropriate.

Must go for it !!

Amazing content to help you prepare for GMAT.

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by gmat club tests [?]

The best part about Gmat Club is that you can take quizzes and solve as many number of questions at time a timer on. This will help you to keep track of your speed. It has divided Quants section topic wise which helps you to brush up on specific topics that you may be weak at. It is a forum which helps you to get your doubts solved from the subject experts, and your doubts solved immediately. You also have posts which explains you certain concepts in details or give you tips and tricks to solve sums. Doing RC passages with a timer and on screen really helps one to get correct answers with speed. Gmat club has really helped me to prepare for GMAT. It is one of the best sources to prepare for GMAT. Gmat Club also offers you a question pool of ~1600 questions which gives you a variety of questions to solve. If you are preparing for GMAT and planning to take GMAT in near future , do subscribe to GMAT Club.

GMAT CAT Tests

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by gmat club tests [?]

The GMAT cat questions are really good. It has different level difficulty questions with weight-age. It does test lot of areas in quant and verbal. It has detailed analysis of each question, which is really i liked it. It helped me a lot on verbal side as I was weak on verbal. The test pattern is good as we progressed through each of the test. Some questions are really so difficult that it has minimal chance to come to real exam so this area can be improved in future. The good advantage of the hard questions are that you will not feel nervous in real exam as you will be well versed with the those type of questions

Gmat Club Quant Tests

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by gmat club tests [?]

While I still have more than half of the GMAT Club Quant tests to appear, I have been practicing the questions from the test and I must admit that the questions are very good. The questions vary widely when it comes to approach to solve them. Most of the questions that I practiced test the basic concept of the topic, which at times we might overlook in haste of practicing the 'harder' questions. The question pattern is very similar to GMAT. The other added advantage of the GC Tests is the thorough discussions that take place after the questions are posted on the forum.
A must practice resource for those who are looking forward to improve their Quant Scores !!

Very thorough, Great Value for Money

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by gmat club tests [?]

The Quant Section is very good. The questions are challenging, and the best part is you have multiple people giving and discussing each solution on the test - so if the official solution shows a different method of solving than what you used, you can always see different points of view and verify whether what you did was correct. The questions' discussion is a two way street. The Quant tests are REALLY good at helping you get a feel of the real test, and to get used to challenging questions. I dont think there's anything comparable at this price range on the internet. I think the best thing you can do is to give a test and recheck methods for each question before giving the next test. This way ur actually improving.

The verbal section is good; however, I wouldn't take the Verbal scores too seriously. Also, the official GMAT has 4 RC passages most of the time - each GMATClub Verbal test had only 3. This gives you a lopsided feel for time. Also, I think the grading is harsher in Verbal than the actual GMAT. Never crossed the V: 36 mark in the tests.

My actual GMAT score turned out to be:
Q: 47 (GMATClub scores' average had been 49)
V: 38 (GMATClub scores' average had been around 34)
Scaled Score: 690

You can't go wrong with GMATClub Tests.

GMAT CLUB TESTS are must if we want to score 740+

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

The Gmat Club tests are a must have if you are aiming for a 700+ score. The Quant part of the CAT have the best questions that you will find anywhere. And it's not just the questions themselves, the explanations provided also help you uncover many shortcuts and help strengthen your core concepts. Admittedly, I found them to be a little harder than the GMAT quant questions, but that should help you be better prepared for the final test. And also, you can take the quant section or verbal section one at a time, which gives great flexibility when you are hard pressed for time.

Cons-Although the questions themselves were top notch, the scoring algorithm seemed to be a little off. The hard questions keep coming at you from around the first 5 questions, which wouldn't usually happen in the real exam. So you might find yourself running out of time, but again, this should be good for practice.

The verbal section! To me it was utter waste of time.Quite a few of the answers seemed debatable and few questions were not very GMAT like.

The first time I got a Q48 in the GmatClub tests I felt like NOW i'm ready for the actual GMAT. I had used the GmatClub tests along with EGMAT tests to practice the CATs, and I will suggest the same strategy to others appearing for the GMAT.
