After having calls with several admissions consultants to prepare for the INSEAD application process, I decided to work with ARLee. What stood out during our introductory call was his closeness to the program and how genuine his advice felt. He was not trying to sell me a service or create unrealistic expectations, but instead gave me a realistic view of my profile and chances. The one-hour call was much more about understanding how the process worked than about what he could offer.

Once we started working together, one of the most useful exercises was writing a document with everything about myself, my experiences, and what I was looking for from an MBA. It helped me think much more clearly about my motivations, not only for the essays but also about what I actually wanted to do in the future.

Another thing I appreciated was his calm approach. I tend to be anxious, aim for perfection, and want to start everything as early as possible. Alex helped me focus on what actually mattered and avoid spending time on things that would not add much value. This made the whole process much more manageable.

In the end, I was admitted to INSEAD with a scholarship, and I came out of the process seeing Alex as more than just a consultant, but also as a friend who supported me throughout the journey.
