Would recommend to get the timing issue sorted as you get to try a wide range of questions and materials. The scoring seems to differ quite a bit. Might not rely there. But overall is really helpful to create the test environment. But obviously would recommend to try this only if you need more practice in addition to official gmat tests. I also until I send my accumulated points to get access to gmat focus pro. A really good incentive and also the team opens this up for free on holidays. So do keep a look out for those as well.

Would highly recommend the GMAC OG mocks. The best source to really help gauge your level. Ensure that you plan the timings and write the mocks to ensure you can reap the maximum output. I took mine two days before my official exam date at the same time to ensure I was getting my mind tuned to sitting around that time of the day. Follow the approach that works the best for you. If you want to take it couple of days before the scheduled date, that should also be okay, (read quite a lot of reviews in favour of this). So it’s a good option to consider purchasing.

I started my MBA application journey after around 5 years at Shell, working across various roles in Financial Planning (FP&A), Business valuation and M&A. The limited time between GMAT and ISB application deadline and the overwhelming process involved made me consider seeking additional support from someone who understood the process and could provide the right direction. Reviews on GMAT Club helped me narrow down my options, and that’s how I found Admit Expert. From the onset, the team was highly responsive and took the time to understand my specific goals. Since INSEAD was my top priority, I was introduced to Aditya, an INSEAD alumnus, whose guidance was instrumental throughout the entire process. From school selections to interviews, he was there every step of the way and provided the right guidance that helped me course-correct, refine my story, and present a coherent and compelling application.
I received an admit from ISB before submitting my INSEAD application and had a tough decision to make. But the application process itself provided a much-needed clarity and helped reaffirm my priorities and expectations from the MBA.
Mock interviews with Imran and Namitha were particularly valuable, they offered sharp insights and helped me identify areas for improvement while reinforcing my strengths. Special thanks to Sudha and Rohan for being available throughout the process and sometimes even round the clock. A friend once said it’s an 80-20 equation—consultants could support with 10–20% of the overall effort. But having gone through the process myself, I realised that this 10–20% plays a crucial role, especially if you’re navigating the journey with limited exposure and a tight timeline.
Overall grateful to the entire team of Admit Expert for all the support. This journey introduced me to some great mentors and peers, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone pursuing an MBA.
Thank you for the review! How were your scores on GMAT Club Tests before you scored 645? Was it close or did we low-ball your scores or inflated them?
Curious how you would rate them. I would guess our DI is much harsher (we are working on it)
Thank you,
