Course Experts' Global 5-Weeks GMAT Crash Course

Location Online

I subscribed to Expert's Global 5 weeks crash course in 2019 and it was overall a good experience. The good thing about the course is that the entire course is divided into concise modules, which enabled me to improve my accuracy and speed. For every section expert's tool provide detailed explanation along with video of every part. Verbal part especially Sentence correction and critical reasoning is good. But I was disappointed with their mock tests as they are not adaptive and it is really difficult to score high because the tests are set on a slightly higher difficulty level. In-fact my highest mock score was around 670 yet I managed to score 710 on the real GMAT. Lastly I was not satisfied with the quant module, as the level of question is not very challenging. Over all I believe it is a good prep course if you aim to score in the low 700s but if you are aiming for a 740+ score than it won't help you much.

GMAT Club Test Review

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I have subscribed to the GMAT club test for 1 month and I found it really helpful in brushing on my Quant skills. The questions are tougher than the actual GMAT test but it helps if one is targeting Q50+ level. The topic-wise segregation of question allows you the flexibility to focus on week areas. The verbal section needs some work as no. of questions are not enough. One advice to the test makers is to ensure that all questions presented in the tests should be solvable in under 2 minutes. I found that most of the 700 level questions and also some 600 level question would take more than 3 min to solve. Hence the tests need to be tweaked to include only those questions which can be solved under 2 min.

Expert's Global GMAT Test

I took Expert Global's test series. It was indeed very helpful. The solution video to each question was really helpful in making the best use of GMAT mock tests. Even though I never scored 700 in the mocks I was able to get 710 in the actual GMAT. The test series was pretty affordable, and the test experience was very close to actual GMAT. There are more than ten mock tests which really helps you to build on your fundamentals as you can take a sufficient number of tests before the actual exam. The best part was that I could also evaluate my AWA section, and that helped a lot. Amazing experience. Keep up the good work.

Course e-GMAT Online Focused

Location Online

I signed up for the verbal eGmat program to focus on sentence correction, which is where I had struggled during my last GMAT test. eGmat has a great feature where not only can you watch videos teaching you sentence correction technique, but you can create your own quizzes based on difficulty and verbal question type to practice over and over. You can sort on easy, medium, or hard and number of questions. For each question missed, it shows you a video or explanation about how to go through the process of figuring out the correct answer, not just giving you the correct answer. I found this very helpful because instead of meaningless practice, it helped establish the correct procedure to develop a plan to attack the questions on the real test. The timer and suggested times also help you learn to pace yourself. I am yet to retake the GMAT test but after spending two months, I believe that I will be able to improve on my last score.
