Shantanu and team drills down into personality traits and restructures the whole narrative on which a strong profile could be built. After multiple sessions, the story and profile keeps on coming and you can discuss to change/tweak the narrative you are bringing to the table.
Once I started with MBA&B, i was skeptical and like every student, I also had my own narrative on what should I write, but after multiple discussions and brainstorming with Shantanu and on my own, I could see a story taking shape which eventually would help me land multiple interviews. Shantanu knows what each schools are looking for in their candidates so for me it worked out nicely
