When I began this journey, I had many unanswered questions and serious doubts about my ability to succeed. During the 2023 rush, in my first profile review, I was advised to wait until 2024 to apply. However, I was determined to move forward and submit my applications that year. Unfortunately, my lack of preparation and the rushed timeline resulted in a rejection from one of the M7 schools. That experience left me discouraged and questioning whether I should continue.

Shantanu and team drills down into personality traits and restructures the whole narrative on which a strong profile could be built. After multiple sessions, the story and profile keeps on coming and you can discuss to change/tweak the narrative you are bringing to the table.
Once I started with MBA&B, i was skeptical and like every student, I also had my own narrative on what should I write, but after multiple discussions and brainstorming with Shantanu and on my own, I could see a story taking shape which eventually would help me land multiple interviews. My consultant Devanshu stood behind me like a rock. I reached out to him with a very tight deadline. But, he ensured that we were able to close the things within the deadline with great quality. It would be helpful to provide more structured resources on selecting preferred schools. A more in-depth analysis or dedicated session with a team member to discuss each school's strengths and how they align with my profile would have been useful.

She took the time to understand my unique profile as a female entrepreneur and with her guidance, I was able to craft a compelling narrative that authentically reflected my goals, experience and impact. The overall process was logically driven and clearly divided into critical steps for efficient results, they first collected the overall content using a Welcome form, followed by a strategy call to brainstorm the overall narrative. This enabled me pick the right anecdotes to craft a strong narrative and enabled me to pick the right schools based on my strengths and career goals. The counsellor was not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally sharp and offered invaluable insights. As I completed my content working closely with the counsellor, my content was then reviewed by a panel of experts which helped me make the required changes before applying. Overall, the robust process and intelligent counselling helped me land an admit from Alliance Manchester Business School and an interview from ESADE Spain, furthermore I am expecting more interview calls and offers.

I remember wondering if investing 5000$ into admissions consulting was worth it. Despite my initial hesitation, the interest and dedication shown by the team was enough for me to take the plunge.

The team really ensured that the process was smooth from day one! I was assigned an application buddy (Kanishka) and met my consultant, Praveg soon after. After an initial review and a general conversation that was documented about my life, professional and personally, I met with Praveg and Shantanu to decide on my schools, based on my strengths and my overall profile.
