Strengths:

They had enough resources such as sample essays to help me understand what does a successful essay look like. And for interview prep, I was able to do mock interviews with not just my consultant, but also someone from the school's alumni which was very helpful in getting the school specific feedback.

Would make the product better:

It would be helpful to provide more structured resources on selecting preferred schools. A more in-depth analysis or dedicated session with a team member to discuss each school's strengths and how they align with my profile would have been useful.

Working with Neil on my MBA applications was a great experience. From the start, he helped me research schools and build the right mix of dream and safe options.
