Hey there,
Congrats on a great GMAT score - well done! I think you're still a year or two away from applying. You're definitely on the light side in terms of experience (3.75 years at time of matriculation if you start Fall 2015). Most engineering folks have 4 - 6 years of experience for good reason. It takes a bit to get the experiences that really make you a compelling applicant.
Also, you're unemployed. You need to become employed and then work there for a while. That way not only do you get meaningful experience and stories, but you also develop relationships that matter with folks who will do your recommendations.
In the mean time, think about your application holistically. For example, your GPA is a little low and you lack pedigree of institution. If there were specific courses you struggled with, think about how to remedy that. Also, how is your community involvement looking? Think about how to make it not only impactful, but also stand out from the pack.
