D... i doubted between A and D, but i think that A is wrong because of poor subject-verb agreement...

HI guys
I think the answer is B, but D.
"Those N................." is awkward and wordy in express for GMAT test.........

Why I dislike A and D:
imo millions of dollars are saved by one person, that's why 'save' in A is incorrect;
'in order to care' as opposed to 'in order to provide care..' - I am not sure, the latter just sounds better. Besides B employs an elegant participle construction (working)
C is obviously weird.

A or B.
C and D clearly do not seem to be the best options.
I am still not sure what is wronf with A.
Also are there any rules on when one would use 'working' vs 'who work'

IMO: A has a problem

One in five Americans who work shorter hours at their job in order to provide care for an elderly relative save society millions of dollars... Should be ONE IN FIVE... SAVES...

D contains a grammar mistake -- ... of all employs (?)

In these conditions I vote for B.
