You cannot request it.

You will get an email confirmation for every session you attended that is eligible for the application fee waiver.

Yes I received an email from gmat club that I am eligible for rotman application fees waiver,so I have to reach out rotman for that but I don't understand the message :

Reach out directly to the Rotman admissions team and mention that you attended their session at MBA Spotlight.
Make sure to contact them using the same email address you used to register for the event, so they can verify your attendance."

Hi. I actually have no clue because the Roman team did not tell us that they will be providing application fee waivers. It was a complete surprise and we only knew about it when they mentioned that at the beginning of the session so unfortunately this is the same surprise to me as it is to you 😂

If you are applying, Maybe you can reach out to them and let us all know what you hear back?

Hi,

I had attended the event on 11th and 12th June 2025. I even attended Duke, Tuck and Ross's event but somehow I have not got fee waiver for these 3 shools. For all other schools I have received an email. Kindly can u take a look at it?

Thank you. We are sending out the waiver confirmations manually. We are also lacking clarity on some so appreciate your patience. We have sent out all but Ross/Fuqua. Those should be coming early next week.

It had to be a school that provides a waiver and you had to attend the session.
Please note that Fuqua and Ross have not been sent out.

Hi - it wasn't specified that the sessions had to be attended to receive the waivers, I thought signing up would be enough so I could watch the recordings later. Were people expected to call in sick to work to attend the sessions...? I find it pretty unfair.
