Hi ,
I am looking for a career change and wants to pursue my MBA in US. I have scored 620 in GMAT and have total of 11 years of RnD experience in IT industry. Which all college should I apply. Is my experience is too much for Full time MBA?

Hi there,
Most full-time MBA students matriculate with 5-6 years of full-time experience, so you are on the more experienced side and may fit in more with an EMBA or part-time group... but that depends if you are able to maintain a job and study as well. In terms of US full-time options, you could look at those outside the top 30/40 or so, or even top 50 (as per US news rankings), given your GMAT and different point in your career, and being an Indian IT applicant (?), but I also do not know much about your overall story or profile, or if you'd consider working on that GMAT score for instance, which could make some top 30-50 options more viable. Lots to research it sounds like! Good luck with the process!

Its a decent score for your experience. You select universities and approach them with your profile. There are people with 15+ years of experience as well
few universities may not accept because of high experience but most of the universities will accept
