- My first job out of college was a Technical Specialist Frac. Field Engineer out of Odessa. I worked as an onsight logistics coordinator and operations engineer for the frac. operation at the job site.
- I started off at an OEM working as an Application/Technical Support Engineer then was promoted to Projects Engineer after 2 years. As an AE/Tech Support Engr. I worked with the Sales Staff to showcase and sell our product. As a Project Engineer, I led lots of key projects for the company both domestically and Internationally (the Netherlands and the Middle East)
- After 3.5 years at the OEM, I changed to Aerospace Manufacturing where I started off as a Quality Engineer Associate, promoted to Quality Engineer 1 after 6 months, and now promoted to Quality Engineer 2 after 1 year. I have been a Quality Engineer 2 for about 4 months so far. With different levels, there are more responsibilities and ownership. As a level 2 Engineer, I am expected to mentor new Associates and level 1 engineers. I am the Quality Point of contact for many A380 and Boeing 787 parts that we help design. I am also the point of contact for any international jobs ( customers come from all over - France, UK, Brazil, etc.). I am currently the leader in the process improvement team that aims to save at least $500k-$1M/ year. In 2019, due to various process improvements, we saved $785k.
