what r the colleges providing 2+2 program other than hbs ,or similar programmes which would be beneficial to graduate student directly without much work experience

As far as I know, there isn't any other "2+2 program" other than the one offers through HBS. In terms of schools accepting younger applicants (2-3 years), Stanford is on the rise (as well as Harvard, but that's a given through the 2+2). Most of the top b-schools have an average of 4-5 years. If you're on the younger side, even for HBS and Stanford, you need to have compelling evidence as to "why now", and good responsibilities/leadership initiatives.

Hi Mohan,
There are few more schools which accept students with 0-2 yrs of work experience. But then you should have a profile at par with that of an experienced applicant.
The parameters that the school would be evaluating in your application would be your GMAT score, your academics, any leadership experiences (in undergrad ), internships , your essays etc.
