I wanted some tough love/advice on my target/reach schools. I am 25, from India, Graduate of VIT University, with 4+ years of work experience. I have a 7.97 GPA, had to fight from behind for my academics after having lost a whole semester due to jaundice(hospitalized for 3 months), but was able to finish my course within 4 years. Co-Founded a start-up in my 4th year that is into EV charging infrastructure technologies, won multiple green energy startup competitions, incubations and government grants. After 3 years went through a merger with a Dutch company to co-found a new company. After completing 1+ year at the new company, I have taken an exit, to pursue my dreams of doing an MBA from a top B-school and to get larger international exposure and wider experience in my early career.

My dream school is GSB because I feel I fit right into the culture but I understand it is really selective, I have a 730 GMAT (which I feel I might be able to improve upon).

Would GSB be out of reach? Also, should I try and improve my GMAT score further to improve my odds?

Any insight would be helpful, tough love is appreciated. If there is any extra information that I have not mentioned here please let me know.
