I am a 26 year old Indian, working as a Technology Leader in the Retail/e-Commerce technology sector for a company that has been consistently ranked 1 by Fortune.
My GMAT score is 680 (Q49, V34, AWA 6, IR 8)
I am planning to apply in R1 2018.
Work Ex - 4.5 years by August 2019
Undergrad - B.E. (Hons) Computer Science, M.Sc. (Hons) Economics (BITS-Pilani)
10th Grade - 94.4% CBSE
12th Grade - 92.4% CBSE (Science)
CGPA - 8.03/10
Leadership Roles -
1. Was the school house captain (2007).
2. Co-founded the Annual National Level Cyber Gaming festival in college.
3. Sub-Coordinator of the Department of Sponsorship and Marketing, Students' Union, BITS-Pilani.
4. Lead Guitarist - Music Club (BITS-Pilani)
5. Chief Coordinator - Technology Excellence Group, Walmart
6. Event Coordinator - Walmart's annual cultural festival (India)
Volunteer Experience -
1. Music Therapist at an institution for differently abled (4 months in 2013).
2. Development Volunteer - CSR activities at Walmart
Achievements/Awards -
1. All India Math Topper - 10th Grade (2007)
2. 2nd Runner Up - National Graphics Olympiad (2005)

Thanks for sharing your profile. You have a solid profile but a bit undifferentiated from the competitive applicant pool you come from so your goal should be trying to stand out in the application process given this.
Your GMAT will be a bit on the lower end of your demographic, so this will hurt your chances at many of the schools listed below. Any thought to retaking your GMAT?
