Hi Linda,
I am Indian, 26, Chartered Accountant, 2 years of work ex with PwC. I got a 690. I want to apply to top 15 colleges and have selected Wharton, stanford, Cornell, Duke, Darden, Tuck, Western Ivy, Rotman.
Is my choice correct. do I need to modify it. Does it relly matter if I am not able to apply by the 1st deadlines, as my essays arr not yet ready. I intent to send my applications by 15th nov to all colleges.

sorry it has taken me a few days to respond. I was out of the office.
Assuming that your undergrad record is competitive, you have a chance at all the above schools, but you would have to have a very compelling story to beat the competition at Stanford and for Wharton, Tuck, and Darden your experience is on the skimpy side. Your chances are better at the other schools on your list.
Regarding timing. Here once again is Linda's rule: Apply in the earliest possible round PROVIDED you don't compromise the quality of your application.
