Iam a male software professional from India (yes yes another one
).
GMAT breakup:
Q 49 90%
V 36 81%
T 700 93%
Not satisfied with my score
...am confused whether to take it again or not??
I got 4 years work ex.. 1 year as a technical head in a BPO, 1 year as a systems specialist at a small firm, n now 2 years as an associate consultant in a Big IT co. I dont know my CGPA since our University awards scores in % . Decent extra cirriculars.
I intend to apply to schools like NUS Singapore, some good Canadian schools like Queen's, Macgill, York, and schools in UK like cambridge, MBS etc.
Do u think that I stand a chance considering the competitive field Iam in or shud i retake GMAT ??

With your profile and GMAT, You will easily get into all the schools you mentioned. You will get in these schools, except may be NUS, even if you had 650.
Your GMAT is well balanced and for a indian, you have a very good verbal score.
I would like you to aim higher..atleast top 20 schools..if not top 10.
Good luck.. and Though Iam not a expert like linda, but what Iam saying comes from my personal knowledge and experience of many of my friends etc.

Hi,
What are your goals for the MBA?
In Canada, I would also consider Toronto and Western Ontario. These two schools are roughly equivalent to the transelite cluster of US schools or so.
I agree that the Oxbrdige MBA programs are worth considering, even if they seem to be (oddly) underappreciated by many US observers.
