You definitely have a strong profile and seem to have the kind of characteristics and experience that would appeal to top 5 programs. A little light on WE, but as a high achiever, this should not be a big deal at HBS and Stanford in particular who notoriously favor younger superstars. Chicago has a higher average years' work experience hurdle, however you will be placed in the Indian Applicant pool and will stand out amongst them. As for recommenders, make sure whomever you choose has a very thorough understanding of your background and can comment anecdotally on your work performance and can give specific examples. It would be great if the HBS guy fits this description since having an MBA affords recommenders a bit more authority on their commentary, but again, go with the ones who know you best. Hope this helps.
