I have a doubt regarding the question.

The passage says: 'If a comment is flagged for any reason and the commenter has previously received a warning for a comment on this website, he or she will be permanently banned from commenting.'

It starts with 'A certain website has rules regarding behaviour in the comments section of that website. If a comment is flagged (judged to be inappropriate by one of the website's moderators) because'

I am having a hard time understanding why there are only two scenarios considered or comments being flagged. The passage says if the comment is flagged for this, then this. If flagged for this, then this, .... If flagged for any reason with a previous flag then ban.

I am unsure how to consider that there are only 2 conditions for comments to be flagged.

Also, the passage states that comments will be deleted as well in-case of the mentioned scenarios and the question stem does not say anything about comments being deleted.

So I am doubtful about how are we concluding that there was almost 1 personal attack.
a. No deleted comment
b. There can be any reason for a comment to be flagged depending upon the moderator.

MBF condition is pretty straightforward. Since I am going with the above thinking, I marked Neither for MBT since no comment deletion is mentioned.

I think that it's irrelevant to our question whether the comments are deleted or not. We can only assume this logically, but the information is not needed.

Regarding your 2nd concern, I agree with you. The text suggests that there are other reasons to get flagged. They could have different results, however, the problem can still be solved without this information.

I hope this answered your question!

Actually, that's where the issue arises, right, since we have an option which says Neither of the comments were personal attacks.
If we logically assume there are other reasons for the comments to get flagged (without implying that they get deleted), a repeat flag will cause a ban. Neither statement becomes are MBT since, the questions does not say that the comments were deleted too.

However the Neither statement can't be MBT because the second comment can be a personal attack and the commenter C would get the same scenario.
